Concrete placement and finishing of heavy industrial floors requires the utmost cooperation between supplier and contractor. We begin this cooperation with the advantage of dual on-site plants that are capable of producing nearly 400 yards per hour. These portable back up plants afford us the opportunity to bid your important projects outside of the Central Indiana area. A strong distribution market locally has pushed construction schedules to a lightning pace. The ability to produce a high quality, high early strength gain, consistency and good put life so there is time to complete the necessary high quality work.

There are also some long term goals that industrial floors should achieve. Along with expecting a very flat floor, cracking should be contained within the control joints and mix designs should be discussed to avoid as much curling as possible. To achieve all of the conditions required, we design our concrete with a proprietary blend of aggregate sizes, pozzolins, and admixtures to deliver concrete that is seasonally adjusted and responsive to the demands of both the contractor and the job specifications.
